United States Shipping

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local government.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

While we will do our best to assist with shipping-related issues, ZYVER Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
